What do I get for free?
3 conversions every day with no account, or 5 a day if you create a free account. Your allowance comes back at midnight. There is no watermark on the Excel file.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your Converter plan continues at £6.99 a month and your first payment is taken on day 8. You are billed monthly after that until you cancel.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account page. If you cancel during the trial you are never charged. If you cancel later, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What does “fair use” mean?
The plan covers up to 300 conversions a month, far more than a small business or bookkeeper normally needs. If you regularly need more, message us and we will sort something out.
Do I need accounting software as well?
No — that is the whole point. The converter prepares your figures when you need them, so you are not paying for and maintaining a full accounting platform you barely open.
Is my bank statement safe?
Your statement is read in your browser and the file is not stored on our servers. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
Which banks are supported?
The major UK banks, from statements downloaded as a PDF from online banking. Scanned or photographed statements cannot be read. If a statement does not convert cleanly, send it to us on WhatsApp and we will look at it.
