Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Accounteezy’s paid tools and for our accounting and bookkeeping services.

1. Accounteezy Tools

All paid Accounteezy tools include a 7-day free trial unless otherwise stated.

• You will not be charged during the 7-day trial.
• You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.
• If you continue using the subscription after the trial, your payment will be taken on day 8 and your subscription will continue according to your selected plan.
• After the trial, you can cancel at any time to stop future payments. Payments already made are generally non-refundable.
• If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or after cancelling, please contact help@old.zaibzen.com and we will review the issue.

You can cancel from your account page. If you cancel after the trial, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

By starting a subscription, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounting & Bookkeeping Services

Our accounting and bookkeeping services involve professional time and work carried out specifically for each client.

• No general refunds are provided once work has commenced.
• If you cancel before work begins, any refund will be considered based on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.
• Fees for work already completed remain payable.
• Any genuine overpayment or payment for services not provided will be refunded where appropriate.
• For ongoing monthly services, cancellation will normally take effect from the next billing period.

3. Your Legal Rights

If you are buying as a consumer (for yourself rather than for a business), you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing to a subscription or service. If you asked us to start providing it within those 14 days, we may deduct an amount for what was provided up to the point you cancel.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
